Choosing to come to therapy can be a huge step and a bit scary.
It doesn't mean you're mad, just brave enough to try and resolve your issues. I'm here to help & support you on your journey.
If you have questions or concerns about coming to therapy and how it works, please feel free to telephone me.
We can have an initial session and see how things go and how you feel.
There is no obligation for you to continue after the initial session if you change your mind.
My first session
Once we have agreed on meeting for our initial session, we can start to get to know each other.
It is vital that you feel safe, heard and supported. There is no judgement of your issues.
We complete an information form so I can have as much insight about your issue(s) as I can.
We set a day for you to contact me if you would like to continue our work together.
Always best to reflect before making such an important decision.
If you want to continue, contact me and we can book our next session.
